    Hello, I wrote last week about receiving the wrong mission reward for the upgrade from Xbox one to one s and was told that I had two rewards accounts associated with one email address and this was the likely cause. I was told that this could be fixed by
    closing the duplicate account and that the proper 50000 rewards points could then be awarded. This all works fine by me except I never heard back. Do I need to do anything else to make this happen? Cruelest chimp is the reward account I'd like closed. Thanks

    change the code he uses to log on and make him come to you to log him on everytime? might be a hassle but at least you wouldn't get charged

    We just needed your confirmation to close the account. We will now close that account and adjust your Dr Treye account for the 50,000. You should see the Credits pending by the end of next week.
