Help with Account Phone and Recovery

Hi my name is Caden Williams and I recently got locked out of my account. The recovery phone number listed on my account cannot receive texts, only calls, and when my account was made, over 5 years ago, verification was over the phone. There is no option for me to change it to call, only text. I have filled out the account recovery form many, many times and I keep getting back an email saying it was not sufficient. I have all of the device ID’s including the XBOX Live Device ID. I have the name as it is on the account, the password, the payment methods and everything. However, each time I fill it out, I get an email saying it was not sufficient and I need to try again, which I do.
Over the past 5 years of owning the account, I have spent easily over a thousand dollars on software and subscriptions, so I can easily verify all card and payment information. I know all of the messages that have been sent on the account, games played, and any other question that may be asked. I can submit a photo of my ID (which has the same name on it as the account) and more. I did have to make a new account to post this, but I hope this can be resolved so I can regain access to my real account. My XBOX is the only device this account has been logged in to, except for my phone for the xbox app and the occasional computer.
