Help with a refund

Hello. I've got a problem with my latest purchase on Xbox Live. I'll be honest, I'm not happy with it. This is the first time I actually regret buying a game for my Xbox One. I know for sure that there was some alpha/beta version of a refund system back
in 2017. I've made the purchase a few hours ago, have played the game only for a little bit (less than 2hrs). My question is: Could you give me a refund for that? I'll provide all the necessary information that you might want to know. I'm sorry for taking

You can request a refund for a digital purchase here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

Microsoft will review your request, and let you know.

The game I bought keeps on crashing and I bought it digitally and I did all the steps in resolving the problem and it still happens and it’s the only game it does it with and all I want is my refund for my purchase I just had contacted Xbox support but
they said to post here for help because I’m a preview member. Please help

You would need to go to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

That number is no longer in use. You can request a call back or chat with support at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us Phone and chat support also no longer handle refunds directly, but they can still look into the purchase.

When you submitted your request for a refund, did you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and everything? If you did then just keep replying to that email address and eventually you will receive your refund, provided that everything checks
out on Microsoft's end.

As stated above a refund takes time to show up. Try waiting 3 to 5 days for normal hours and if it still doesnt so up contact the support team.

Hey there.

What is the game you are trying to play? Does it give you an error message?

Have you tried doing a hard reset of the console by holding down the power button until it resets? Have you tried deleting the game and re-installing?
