    Help for old account

    I searched for the GT mikyandjo using the Xbox App for Windows PC and couldn't find your profile, this may mean the account was deleted and all the info associated with it was lost.

    It could be worth trying to recover it but seems like is gone from Xbox Live.

    Hello!

    If it's not completely deleted, all you would have to do is change the e-mail address and the personal information to you, and you're done. As far as I can tell the account is gone. It may be worth contacting Xbox support to see if they are able to restore
    the account. They may need your dad to verify the account, or they may be able to confirm that the account is in fact gone.
