Hello. I made the mistake of letting my friend download Black Ops II from my account. He did a license transfer without my permission so he can play the game whenever he wants. I want it deleted but we live states away. Please help and XBOX OFFICIALS HELP
ONLY.

Help with a problem.

Why not do the smart thing and work out your communication problems by talking through your fight was all about. In general, Many, many people in life will burn bridges over the dumbest things especially when it comes to family members or close friendships.
You would serve yourself well by working through the difficult parts of a friendship then walking away from one. Walking away is the easy part but hanging in there is the hardest part of life. You can mute, block, drop or whatever to stop the communication
but down the line you will be faced with another such situation like this one its best t work them through than walk away. Life is hard no one told you life would be easy and to me this is such a same inconvenience that life throws you.

Set your privacy settings to “Friends Only”. Then, no matter what this person does, his messages can't get though to you. He CAN PM you though.

Chances are you may both get banned for marketplace theft & account sharing.

This is true. As per the ToU and CoC of the Live service both you and/or your friend could have both your gamertags and/or consoles banned for marketplace theft because of this.

However, in the meantime I would recommend contacting phone support and letting them know what happened and see if they can do a manual license transfer to remove the license from your friends console.

After that you will need to redownload the game to your console (no need to delete it first) to complete the transfer.

In the future please adhere to the ToU and CoC of the Xbox Live service that you agreed to when you signed up to reduce the risk of enforcement action.

Hey there, Terre! I'm very sorry to see that your achievements aren't popping as they should! Hopefully we can get you sorted out here.

On
your profile here on xbox.com, I don't see any achievements listed as being unlocked at all for Kick-*** 2. Because of this, could you please provide an image of what you see on your console? You can link me a picture by loading it either on OneDrive or
a picture hosting site of your choice. This way I can confirm you indeed have those achievements.

I see on your account also that the achievements for WtWTA were unlocked yesterday. For this game, what we want to do is wait 48 hours after you earned the achievements. If they don't pop, you will want to earn another achievement and wait 7 days after that
to see if they show up after that. I am incredibly sorry to say that this is time consuming, but it is required before we move on to our next steps.

It seems the achievements for Asphalt 5 were all unlocked in October, according to our site. If you are okay with this, I'd like to bubble all this information along to the proper teams at the same time. That would mean waiting until we confirm that WtWTA and
Kick-*** 2 will not populate so that we can give them all the information at the same time. I hope that is acceptable for you.

Please post back with the image of the KA2 achievements and once the 7 days has passed for the WtWTA achievement. We'll go from there! Thank you so much for your assistance while we get this sorted out.
