    Help with second console!

    I an out dated father with two boys. We bought my oldest an xbox with a gold live account. We just bought my younger son his xbox - do I have to buy another live account or can the boys share one account amongst to consoles?

    Yes, though keep in mind console licenses bind to a single console. You can download to as many as you want, but only the first one you download to will work when you're offline.

    the question is that my xbox has a problem that does not start only turns on but does not take me to the main screen remains on an alternate screen that tells me to restart the console or reconfigure everything, and try everything and send my request for
    repair to Microsoft, they sent me the shipping label and what it takes to send it that I did a month ago, right now for issues that have been presented I could not send the console to the repair center and when I open the platform where it looks like the process
    tells me that the console must be sent within 30 days or the order will be canceled, the 30 days have passed and on the platform it is not seen that it has been canceled and therefore I think that if I send it I run the risk that Do not come back so my question
    is this: Do you recommend sending a console to the repair center with the order I already made and which is supposed to have expired or I asked for it myself and request another one?

    Short answer No, do not send the console in with the old shipping label since the repair center wouldn't know what is going on with the console since it would be removed from their system. We recommend
    Requesting a Callback from one of our Xbox Support Specialists to set this new order up. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!!

    console help

    I did this for my friend because he wanted Sky and it does not cost me any extra on my Sky subscription, you can have a maximum of 2 xbox's registered to your Sky account.

    Its up to you which 2 you put them on so if you trust your friend then go for it. I trust mine & he has not let me down.

    And if you ever want to remove access just change the password for your Sky accounts log in.
