Actually question for you. I've been wondering. Is there a chance it could be because my Microsoft email has two accounts? A personal account and a work account. I use the personal one for Xbox live. But whenever I login on a computer it always asks me which one I want to sign into. Is there a chance the Xbox goes to log me in, see's two accounts and gets confused and doesn't know what to do since there is no way to select my personal account?

And if that is the issue, how could I go about solving it? Obviously I can't delete my work account. That and I don't even know if that's the problem. But i've racked my brain over this for a long time and that's the only reason I could see for why it's not working.

Or is there like some way to get a hold of somebody at Microsoft who could personally look into the issue like the old days?
