Help with 2 day suspended account

So about an hour ago I received an email saying my account has been suspended for 2 days because of a violation of profile code of conduct. My motto contained inappropriate words which I understand, however I have not changed my motto in almost 9 years,
I had clearly forgotten about it. So why it got flagged today is beyond me, I would have graciously changed it given the chance. I called Microsoft customer support and they told me to create a new Xbox account and post my problem in the forums and it would
be solved in a matter of hours. My gamer tag is Pilot FCB. If someone from Microsoft could help me with this matter I would greatly appreciate it.

Need Help from the community!

The day before GTA: Online heists released I was given a s**t ton of money on GTA. The next day I got home from work excited to play heists and my Xbox live account was suspended for two week :/. I did my research and learned that microsoft does not unsuspend accounts due to that "they don't know if your lying or not". So I created a silver account but I don't have gold to play the heists! So I was wondering if anyone from the community would be interested in helping me get u suspended/get gold (I don't get a paycheck for a while). If anyone has any help it would be greatly appreciated!

For an official answer, you would need to post here -
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

It doesn't matter how long you had that in your bio, if it's a violation of the code of conduct, the enforcement team will issue a suspension. It may not have been seen for so long because you may not have had anyone file a complaint on you until recently.
It only takes one valid complaint for the enforcement team to take action.

Yeah I know a lot of people have been telling me to wait 24 hours but it’s been about 30 hours and nothings changed and it doesn't say I have a permanent ban all I had was a 2 day console suspension but it was never lifted and it’s been 3 days also I was at my friends house and when I signed on to my account after the 2 day suspension my account wasn’t suspended but when I try to use my xbox is says it’s still suspended.
