Помогите что делать Xbox LIVE Subscription Transfer

Имелся активированный Xbox LIVE Gold на 12 месяцев (четырьмя кодами по 3 мес.). При смене региона с Польши на оссию был заменен Xbox LIVE Gold 12 месяцев на Xbox LIVE Subscription Transfer. При этом в онлайн играх я пользуюсь статусом Gold, а в магазине
мне предлагают приобретать игры без учета статуса Gold. При этом на почту пришло письмо:

Здравствуйте, ??????? ???????!

Это сообщение подтверждает, что ваша учетная запись XBOX Живой была успешно изменена с Польша na оссия ,

Ваша подписка на услуги 3-месячной подписки на Xbox Live Gold выплачивается в Польша была отменена 2 мая 2017. Между тем, 12 месяцев / месяц подписка на Xbox LIVE заменить подписку на подписку Transfer оссия .

Hello, i need help! I just bought an EA ACCESS subscription but by mistake i bought it for my Account and not my Child so if there is something i can do to transfer it to my Xbox Live Child? or what can i do? Thanks......

phone/chat support team. They can look closer at your account and let you know when your subscription ends.

Currency doesn't transfer over but a gold subscription does.

It won't transfer if it's not a live supported country.

When did you change region & what region did you change it to?

Do you live in the region you've changed your account to?

Do you mind elaborating on what exactly your need is from your subscription. If you are looking to transfer a subscription, there is no possible way of doing so. Though it is possible to share a subscription using our

Home Xbox feature.

Your Xbox Live Account maybe suspended due to Non-payment for your Xbox Live subscription. Once your Xbox Live subscription is suspended and seems like your Arcade games licenses are not associated with your console since you can't play them offline. What
you need to do is pay off the balance once your account is resumed. Do a license Transfer on your console. After doing so your arcade games should be playable offline.
