    Obviously there is something wrong with the MICROSOFT PUZZLES. Can you fix it? PLEASE!!

    Classic Jigsaw Puzzles (Windows 10) -- not downloading HELP!

    I have been enjoying the Microsoft Classic Jigsaw Puzzles for a few weeks now, and since the last major Windows 10 update I have not been able to download purchased (gold coins) collections of puzzles. I get a download button and when I select it, I get
    the scroll bar for downloading; however, nothing happens. Is anybody else having this problem and does anyone know if their is a solution or fix to this problem? I've been searching the forums, but, so far, I haven't seen any solutions. Can anyone help?

    need major help.... badlyyy, we haven't been able to play the xbox for weeks

    This error seems to occur for at least one of these reasons:

    - Xbox Live service is down (we can rule this out, service is fine right now)

    - There is a problem with your network setup.

    - Files on your storage are corrupted.

    For the file corruption, you can try
    clearing your system cache.

    Jigsaw download issues?

    Lots of us are having problems with puzzles not downloading and we're not getting answers. I haven't personally had the crashing part of the problem but I've never been able to download any packs whether paid for or free.

    Yep. Mine too. I haven't been able to load any new puzzles for a long time now but it has no problem with taking 5500 in gold every time
