    Help; VGA Speakers on Xbox One


    Hello,

    I have purchased an Xbox One recently and I have run into an issue. On my Xbox 360, I had an adapter for the console that allowed me to use my VGA speakers for the game. However, now I do not know how I can use these for my Xbox one. Can someone point me
    to some sort of adapter I can use to enable the use of my speakers? Third party products, xbox products etc. Any help or information is helpful.

    You could do that but remeber VGA doen't include sound. Xbox VGA cables have the sound jacks seperate so you can plug them into your speakers. I'd just use the xbox VGA cable myself, but if you already have an adapter then it will work just fine. I use VGA

    Connecting Speakers to Xbox One

    So I have a monitor that only has hdmi, vga and a power port, with no speakers. I would like to be able to use my Xbox One with this monitor but I want sound to come out of an external set of speakers. Is there any way I can directly connect an Xbox One
    to a set of speakers, e.g. a Soundbar?

    My monitor is one Acer V246HL. Only have HDMI, DVI and VGA connector. Doesn't have speakers.

    A receiver have the price too high. :/

    Check your monitor. If you have HDMI input and speakers, just get an HDMI cable.

    If the 2 inputs on your monitor are DVI (White) and VGA (Blue), Then if your PC has a DVI output, use that input on the monitor and use the VGA cable for the Xbox 360 on the monitor's VGA input.

    With sound, you didn't really specify how you're set up for sound with your computer, but if its PC speakers with 3.5mm jacks, it'll need an extra adapter for the VGA cable. But get back to me on that first and then we'll see.

    I would recommed the official VGA cable from Microsoft. This includes the audio dongle which enables you to connect the audio cable from the VGA cable to a PC or a Monitor if it has speakers.
