For several months now whenever I try to request a refund for something it brings me to this screen and no matter what I do, I can't get past it. Now I have several games I don't play or are not working. Right now Im trying to refund a game that isn't appropriate
and again here I am. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Streaming Xbox One games to Windows 10 - Need help

Is there anyway to stream games from Xbox One to PC without using the internet? I just checked my data usage on my pc and according to that, the Xbox app has used 74GB of data in the last 6 days just from streaming, which is not good seeing as we have a 200GB monthly cap. So I am trying to find an alternative way to play through my PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It shouldn't be using Internet at all and thus should not be using data from your ISP.

Does your ISP have some sort of data usage tracker? I would hope they do if they are imposing data caps.

Thanks for posting, and sorry to see the high bandwidth usage! Has your Xbox One's data usage looked accurate after 5/31? This may have been a visual bug, and your Xbox One console most likely has not reached anywhere near 3,600 TB of data usage. The most
reliable tool to check internet usage will be through your ISP. Any bandwidth usage your Xbox One console actually uses will reflect on the ISP side. I would not worry about your Xbox One console using that much data unless your ISP is reflecting the same
amount of usage.

Odd. I have two X Box consoles and combined they use no where near that amount of data. One console is used primarily for games, and that uses between 4Gb and 20Gb; really just depends on the amount of preview/game updates. The other console is used mostly
for Netflix and Vudu, and have never went over 150Gb in a month.

You might want to contact your provider and ask them to tell you what this sort of usage would be consistent with and then if you haven't actually been using it like that ask them to explain why you have such usage.

Let us know what they say.

3.23 TB? Your average household doesn't use that much in a month. What did you do, watch Netflix in 1,000k? Just kidding, it's likely you been streaming lots of, or long, videos in 4k. Or you should get your ISP to investigate it. It is illegal for your
ISP to overcharge you.
