    Hello! Please help. I have this problem. I bought hboks 360 and included was a code for the game Forza horizon 2. I pressed the button xbox guide and pressed to activate the code. Surfaced the download page of the game and I clicked download. After the download
    has ceased and all. I looked in My games and downloads, and the games are nowhere to be found. Again I tried to activate the code but says that it is already activated.. please help! и нажал активировать код. Всплыла страница скачать игры и я нажал скачать.

    Hey FL1NCH007,

    I would try power cycling your console for a start. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely > Wait 20-30 seconds > Restart the console.

    If that does not help, I say maybe you try and uninstall and reinstall the game. If that does not fix the issue you can contact Xbox Support for more guidance.

    i think what your trying to say is that your gamertag was banned ( or was it console ) and your wondering if you pay 800 microsoft points will it sort the problem out ?

    Yes I just called microsoft support and the problem has been resolved thank god.. I had my xbox for 3 years and never had a single problem till now.. Maybe it's time I invest in a new one lol.. Thank you all for the help and support add me on here if you'd
