    So I bought the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass and my brothers and I share an Xbox one. We have three different accounts for three of us. My brother and I get the premium pass and my other brother does not. I don’t know if this is a storage issue or what because
    I’ve been trying to fix it for like a month now. Help would be very appreciated!!

    Hi!

    It can not be done, sharing is done by changing the home xbox for each account. Two family accounts can share the same content, but more, no.

    Hey FL1NCH007,

    I would try power cycling your console for a start. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely > Wait 20-30 seconds > Restart the console.

    If that does not help, I say maybe you try and uninstall and reinstall the game. If that does not fix the issue you can contact Xbox Support for more guidance.

    i think what your trying to say is that your gamertag was banned ( or was it console ) and your wondering if you pay 800 microsoft points will it sort the problem out ?

    Yes I just called microsoft support and the problem has been resolved thank god.. I had my xbox for 3 years and never had a single problem till now.. Maybe it's time I invest in a new one lol.. Thank you all for the help and support add me on here if you'd
