    Hi.

    I just wanted to tell you guys that I have a huge problem with my xbox one.

    So basically what happened was that i reset my xbox 2 days ago and they asked me if I wanted to keep my games or not and i pressed yes.

    So i kept my games .

    But what happened was when i went to my games and apps my games were there but they were not working except the games that i have a disc of! All the other games like final fantasy XV that i bought from the market are telling me that i don't own them BUT
    when i go on the market and i search for the game that i have it tells me that i own the game AND also a Buy button.

    I dont know what to do please help the fastest way you can.

    Hey FL1NCH007,

    I would try power cycling your console for a start. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely > Wait 20-30 seconds > Restart the console.

    If that does not help, I say maybe you try and uninstall and reinstall the game. If that does not fix the issue you can contact Xbox Support for more guidance.

    i think what your trying to say is that your gamertag was banned ( or was it console ) and your wondering if you pay 800 microsoft points will it sort the problem out ?

    Yes I just called microsoft support and the problem has been resolved thank god.. I had my xbox for 3 years and never had a single problem till now.. Maybe it's time I invest in a new one lol.. Thank you all for the help and support add me on here if you'd
