    I need to ask something

    In the achievement: Find all prismatic cores, I have a question. The dungeon: Tower 512 show me 5 prismatic cores to be find, but only have 2 inside the dungeon. It is a bug? And, it will block my achievement: Find all prismatic cores?

    forgive my terrible English because I don't know how to speak very well.

    Urgent Help please: Guitar Hero World Tour Drums

    It doesn't work at-all.

    I've tried going through the web warranty claim process but at the end it just tells me to return it to the store for a replacement, a bit tricky now ***HELP URGENT*** :)

    Is there another way I can contact them?

    My red pad has totally stopped working aswell ***HELP URGENT*** :(

    I remembered reading a post before xmas about an easy fix for it though - I was just searching for it and I saw your post so here's a link to the post that first detailed the fix

    It's basically a connector issue - you just need to reattach the wires to the pad properly because they will not be making a proper contact

    Urgent ! My acount got hacked what do i do.

    I called MS this morning and they were quite helpful. As with everyone it's going to take 25 days for investigation but the guy I spoke to thinks I'll get refunded because the points were obviously not bought on my console.

    The bank can't do anything until the money actually comes out of my account though.

    Hey PixelatedThief!

    If you're still seeing that issue after the power cycle gds1972 suggested, we'd recommend

    resetting the console to factory defaults    , then trying again. There's an option to keep your games/apps installed to the console, so you don't need to worry about redownloading those :)
