Help Urgent! Brand new Xbox One leaking smudgy fluid

This is the 3rd time playing my brand new Xbox One and the second time playing a physical disc in it and it leaks metallic fluid on the disc.

I stuck in gta v after having played my digital copy of cod for 4 hours. It came up to the wanted star loading page and kept on stuttering at 4 stars. I backed out using the xbox one button and launched the game again on my third attempt i called it quits
and ejected the disc. That is when i noticed the liquid around the edge of the disc and metallic streak like scratches on the disc which wiped off when i used a disc cloth. Puzzled about how it got on the disc i wiped it fully clean and played the disc again
with almost similar results but this time it froze on the black loading screen. I removed the disc again and sure enough there was the liquid streaks across the disc.

This is just another kick in the teeth from the crappy service of game.co.uk not only did i have wait 4 days when i was promised next day delivery.

The xbox one (which they claimed they had lost) arrive and was delivered to my neighbour 2 doors up. I am beyond gutted and furious i just need gudance on what to do? Should i chase game and risk them losing my xbox again?

EDIT: will game replace my gta v even though i bought it at smyths?

Xbox One producing weird oily liquid?

Hi there all if your console is leaking fluids i would contact customer support 800-4my-xbox. Thats not normal for liquids to come out of electronic devices.

 

Xbox 1S LEAKING FLUID. XBOX REFUSES TO FIX

My daughters xbox started leaking fluid after being played for around 12 hours in a row. Sent it in to YOU to fix. You sent it back BROKEN stating we had tampered with the Xbox. This xbox was in no way tampered with. We put in a service order to you
online, followed your instructions and mailed the unit in. You are now saying it has been tampered with and that voids the warranty. You never even informed anyone of this before mailing the BROKEN unit back to us! This unit has not been tampered with.
You have problems with the Xbox S1 leaking fluid. We found them online! This is the 4th Xbox unit we have purchased from you. They don't seem to hold up very well.... Please honor our warranty and FIX THIS MACHINE!

 

I would contact game tell them what is wrong, if the disk is damaged ask if they will replace it, also make sure they have your correct details, any form of liquid is bad news for the console get it exchanged, whatever you do keep calm.

Was the package unopened when you got it?.

 

Yeah the package was unopened I'll phone them later on and hopefully they will be reasonable cheers
