    Help updating Xbox 360


    Hello I've just bought an Xbox 360 used and it asks for an update but when you do the update it shows with status code 446-4497-1380-2446-c810-1004 I need the console to complete the update due to the fact how it won't let me use it's Kinect feature anymore
