Help! Update Status Code: 4451-4467-2780-0F00-C000-0034

I connected our xbox up to our new wifi for the first time in a few months and it downloaded a new update. As it tried to start installing the update it jumped to a "Update Stopped" screen saying "Can't read the update from your storage device. Please reinsert
it to continue the update. Contact Support Blah Blah then Status Code: 4451-4467-2780-0F00-C000-0034".

I've tried restarting the xbox - it skips the menu and just tries to install the update. Ive put the install files on a USB (FAT32), still the same screen.

My kids were using the xbox the night before with no problems. (I tried hopping on the chat with support, but it was ultra slow and then kicked me off.)

what does this mean and how do i get my xbox 360 running again?
