    [Help] Unblocking Xbox Account


    My account got blocked because i put much wrong passwords. When im trying to unblock it, they told me to fill a form. Here's what i do :

    ---> Putting all the passwords combination that i think its associated with the account (maybe some of them is false)

    ---> Fullfill the biodata of me, (I dont know if its correct on my account or maybe not set up yet)

    ---> Checking that im not having Xbox or not ever do some payments on that account.

    The account condition :

    ---> I made the account just for Xbox Companion to play Minecraft (Getting Achievement, friends, server and etc)

    ---> The account associated with long lost phone number.

    ---> Im using google mail account and i can prove it that I OWN the account.

    Main problem :

    ---> Microsoft email bots keep saying that they doesnt have more details regarding the account (In fact i already fill all the forms with proper information and some of them unchecked because as i told earlier, i dont have any xbox devices or product purchasement.

    Really needs help, i lost any connection with my online friends. Especially in a short term, my school will do some exercise on Minecraft Server.

    Hi, you will need to visit the Microsoft Answers page located here for Windows Live issues such as accounts being blocked. Make
    sure when making a post you describe the exact problem and the information requested when asking a question. A forum moderator for the Windows Live Team will be able to help you out, but unfortunately no one from the XBOX Live team can unblock your Windows
    Live ID.

    Help in unblocking my account

    If your account is blocked you will need to go to
    http://login.live.com     and then unblock it from there. It is not an Xbox issue as it is more of a Windows Live issue.

    Go to "Settings" and then "Privacy" and unblock anything under Content and unblock Partner Marketing. That is, if your account is an adult account. If not have your parents unblock it for you.

    Still getting 'online' notifications from blocked users

    Hey SnuffMyBoon,

    I just tried this with a random account on the PC Xbox App - it seems if you block someone and then unblock them, they still remain your friend. I would try unblocking them then removing them as a friend - this might stop the notifications.
