Help unable to login to any microsoft apps on my pc

I can understand your concern and please don't worry I am here to help you, First off, I recommend you hide your email address for privacy and safety as this is a community forum. Is your PC connected to an organization such as work or school? One thing that often helps is to remove any existing Windows account connections and clean out cached credentials, then retry. Here are a few steps you can try:

1. Disconnect from Work or School Account
   
   • Open Settings → Accounts → Access work or school.
     
   • Select your account and click Disconnect (if present).
     
   • Restart your PC and see if the window works properly this time.
     
2. Remove Cached Credentials
   
   • Go to Control Panel → User Accounts → Credential Manager.
     
   • Under Windows Credentials, remove entries that reference Microsoft services (e.g., anything mentioning Office, Live, or Microsoft).
     
   • Reboot and attempt to sign in again.
     
3. Clear/Reset the Default Browser
   
   • The sign-in flow often opens a browser window behind the scenes. If Microsoft Edge (or your default browser) is glitching, clearing cache/cookies or resetting it completely might help. You can do It by searching Apps & features in Windows search bar.

Thanks for posting a solution, it didn't work for me. Just to be clear I am able to login into my Xbox live account on my Xbox console, in the PC Xbox app, and the browser. The problem is only when I open the game and the game is unable to detect/login to my Xbox live account login.

I have the same problem. Store account is shown as logged in, however, Microsoft account is not. When I click on Login button, nothing happens. When I update Xbox app from Microsoft Store, it automatically logs out. Then when I restart my PC, the login information comes back again. At this last time, does not come back though. That's a silly problem. I don't know if it is about browser login (since I can login my account from any of my browsers) or Xbox game pass app but if there is a fix without resetting my PC or changing install directory, it will be very much appreciated.

Sorry to hear you have run into this problem, If you are unable to get over to the website on the console then you can always use any other device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, PC) to access the
Enforcement Website. Once you are on the website you would need to login using your Microsoft account login information.

This didnt help. I think the issue is with the microsoft store itself. I am now unable to open it, or any other microsoft app, despite doing a reinstall of windows (deleting apps, but keeping my files)
