    HELP!! Ultimate membership says being billed through Telstra!!!


    OK, am getting desperate. Microsoft can't help. Telstra can't help.

    I have had many years of Game Pass Ultimate. Expiring 24/9/22.

    Telstra had a deal to get one month ultimate for free. Took up the trial and then cancelled.

    My ultimate account still says "Purchased from Telstra" -- Manage - Manage gives me no option.

    MS says my membership expires on 2410/22 - I see nothing in my profile.

    Ring Microsoft - they say I have to contact Telstra.

    Ring Telstra and they say I have no subscription.

    Do I just wait until the 24/10/22?

    I do NOT want to manage anything to do with Telstra with my account. Just way too messy.

    Noone is lieing. I just have no way of extending my gold/ultimate now as it is locked to Telstra.

    But you said you already contacted Microsoft and they gave you the end date, why would they lie? And you already cancelled trough your third party provider s o it can't be charged again

    As I mentioned before, you need for it to end then you will be able to subscribe again, this current suscription is under a third party, you can only extend it trough that third party

    Still confused as to what happens in September. I have no way to renew it before then as it still says "Billed through Telstra".

    There is no billing through Telstra. Microsoft says there is and Telstra says there isn't.

    As I said before, the previous subscription was converted, you had to wait until it ends, that's why it keeps saying that, all your previous months available of the subscription are now under that payment method

    And as I already said a couple of times, you need to wait until that ends for being able to get a new one
