You can download the bc game if you have the means to make that purchase. As was explained in the previous post if you don't own an xbox 360, you need a valid method of payment to make that purchase (like a credit card)

No my friend, You don't need Re-Purchase the game, If the game is retrocompatible and you have in Physical media just use the disc in new console, and if the game is in Digital Media, Just go in App Home > Select Games > Ready to Install and the your games
with Retrocompatible is there to install
