    Second Hand Xbox Can't Leave Preview Program

    Hello, I recently purchased second hand Xbox One console that is enrolled in the preview program. When I try to un-enroll the console through the Xbox Insider Hub app it says I need to sign in with the email that was used to enroll the console. I have no
    way of retrieving that information as the system was bought from a third party. Is there any way I can un-enroll my console from the program on your end? Thank you.

    I accidentally un enrolled from the preview program!

    A support member told me to post this here. I accidentally un enrolled from the preview program trying to un-enroll from the NXBE (New Xbox One Experience) and need to be re invited to the preview program or if I can cancel the pending un enroll that would
    be even better! Please help!

    You can unenroll from the Insider program by using the Xbox Insider Hub app, and going to
    Settings > Manage Devices.

    Are there any other profiles on your Xbox One you can try accessing the Xbox Insider Hub app from to see if another account was signed in when you accepted the Preview? Let us know Help to un-enroll from the preview/xbox insider hub :)
