    Help to solve Xbox 360 update problem !


    I want to use Xbox Live on Xbox 360. I'm connected to my wireless network but this is not enough to reach Xbox Live because it required an update.

    The update doesn't done it gives an error in code format: 4451 - 4497 - 1381 - 0300 - C800 - 0036.
    I transferred 4497 to decimal which gives me 17559 then I download update from https://digiex.net/threads/xbox-360-dashboard-system-update-2-0-17559-0-download-with-avatars.16047/ then I put the extracted file in my USB .

    The problem it's when I plug the USB to the Xbox the system doesn't detect an update and it gives the same error when I do it manually.
    In storage devices menu, I open my USB device but folders that form the global folder of update are empty it shows 0KB in each folder, but when I access to the USB throw File Manager I can see this content I mean they are not empty.

    How to solve this issue please ?

    sorry to hear.

    If I check the first error Code it says: "the update failed to download to your Xbox 360 console because it not find a storage device (memory unit or hard drive) during the software update". More Information to solve the problem you could find
    here: Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console

    The second code say: "This error message means your console couldn't download a software update from Xbox Live" and so you have to
    Troubleshoot Xbox 360 connection to Xbox Live.
