You would have to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamertag and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email associated with the gamertag.

Your best bet here would be to contact phone support. They may be able to assist you. 1-800-469-9269 if you live in North America

If you haven't enabled 2-step verification, you can try to recover your account by filling out the appropriate form.
The most important recommendation is to enter all possible requested data that you remember.
