    HELP! I'm really confused with the xbox video player! Where do I find my personal videos that have been synced with my windows phone? I synced the videos via iTunes on my mac, but I don't think this makes a difference! They were all visible and playable
    before the windows update

    Xbox One Blu-Ray Player, audio and video out of sync

    Hi there.
    I've got an xbox one s that's about a year old. I'm having audio/video sync problems while trying to watch Jack Ryan via the Amazon app. Apparently the sync problem has NOT been fixed.
    Any help appreciated.

    edit: Just played Westworld thru the HBO Go app and no sync problem there. HBO - synced. Amazon - not synced. Now I'm confused.

    Xbox live rewards not syncing

    ive been doing a quest to play free games and it doesnt seem to of synced all my progress. Ive played quite a lot of time and it only seems to of synced roblox. Ive played smite way over 8 hours not picked it up. Played few more not picked up either. Please
    help the glitch dont want to lose out on my rewards

    The Official "Problems with YouTube app" thread

    YouTube video playback in snap mode on Xbox ONE needs to be fixed. When the feature was first added, it was really choppy,, and out of sync. The update after that (current) seemed to improve that a little. It's still choppy (though slightly less), and the
    A/V sync is pretty much okay, considering the stil choppy video.

    Other video apps seem to play just fine snapped, be it live TV, streaming apps, and even throwing HD video from my tablet to the xbox video app (via DLNA). So yeah, only the YouTube app seems to play videos choppy while snapped.

    I hope this gets fixed ASAP.
