Help to log into my account

So i’ve been trying to log into minecraft on my playstation and it doesn’t work, here’s the issue: it’s asking for the password however i’ve used all the ones that i generically use and it’s not working. To recover the password it’s saying i should use the backup email associated with the account but ive never seen that email in my life. Microsoft asks me to use a form to recover the email with a question that asks me the last addresses i emailed with that email, however i only created that email with the sole purpose to play minecraft so i’ve never emailed anyone. Therefore, microsoft see’s this as me not answering so they do not let me recover my account. I have tried calling them but it’s a robot that just tells me in the end to use the form previously mentioned. I have also tried making another microsoft account and using that however it will only let me use that microsoft account for that playstation account. I know i could use a different playstation account but i have a lot on that account that i do i do not want to lose, including 2 realms. Please help me get back in

Not sure if you have tried this yet, but here is a suggestion for you.

Delete your gamertag, clear your cache, and recover your gamertag

Unplug any accessories attached to your console, such as a headset, the Xbox 360 Chatpad, or the Kinect Sensor.
Delete your profile. For more information, see Download, move, or delete your Xbox 360 profile.
Clear your system cache twice. See How to clear your Xbox 360 system cache.
Recover your gamertag. For more information, see Download, move, or delete your Xbox Live profile.
Restart your console.

yes i can log into the website but cannot log into the console. it asks me for my email and password and after i enter it it says "something is wrong with your account. please go to
https://account.live.com to fix the problem"

So you can log into the website fine, but not on the console? The precise error message you get when you try to log in would also be helpful.

It might be that you have two-step verification turned on and either need to turn it off or generate an app password. You can do that at
http://account.live.com under the Security Proof section.

Alfie, I am very sorry about what happened with your account and I completely understand your frustration, I'm afraid that Microsoft Account support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is by following the methods indicated in the link below.

Outside of that procedure, unfortunately, there is no additional way as no agent can provide information in this regard.
