    Help to connect to xbox live


    Hi all, i please need help to connect to my xbox live acc. I go onto the browsers site, no problem, ie my MS account is fine. Just tfying to connect via the console tells me there is another profile writh same email. How do i find this profile? Kind regards

    Help to connect to xbox live

    The exact message is "This Microsoft account is associated with a different Xbox Live profile. Try a different account."

    Any help will be much appreciated. Kind regards
