Help! This is not my Xbox account! I tried to request a call and message from Support but I ...

I tried to register my controller but keep getting this message "We’re sorry. We are unable to process your request online at this time. Please contact Microsoft Support for
assistance. (tbm8qvZt4kOUXZy9.24)". I called the 1 800 4 my-xbox number for support and get a message telling me to go online and request a call back from support . I request a call from support and get a message " Phone
calls and chats aren't available for this issue." What the heck do I need to do to get my elite series one controller repaired? Thanks

I recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to look into the account and see your account data.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Thank you... but my account has been suspended so I can't request a callback as I need to be logged in to do that......

I have tried calling Microsoft in both U.K. and US but it seems I can't actually speak to a human as the recorded message says to log in to you account and request a call back!!!

Thanks for coming to the forums. With this code you would of got the code as a message from Xbox live. You will have to check your messages on the Xbox app. If it isn't there you may try to request a call from support. They may be able to see the code in
your account.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

On Step 1 select "My account"

On Step 2 select "Error messages and codes"

Skip step 3 and go to step 4 to select "request a call from support"
