Help! The gamertag I'm logged into isn't mine?

Okay, so I have no idea who is, but apparently it's me. I have 0 gamerscore so it must be mine, but I never created this account. I don't even know what Tallest Moss means. But more importantly, it isn't my actual account, which I've been
using since like 2006. And most importantly, THAT account is a gold account. Everything got bogged down in the whole deal with microsoft accounts. I just had my gamertag, and then I got a windows 8 computer and now suddenly everything is connected to my microsoft
account. But now that I've upgraded to the Xbox One, I type in my info for my microsoft account, and it just logs me into an account that isn't even mine. I have absolutely no idea what could be happening, no one could know my password except for me, and no
one has been active on this account. Yet here I am, on an unused account that I never made.

Is there any way to check my history and see when this account was made and how it got tied into my own account? Also, how do I get my actual account connected?

I need help cause I'm logged into the correct Microsoft account but it isn't showing the right gamertag but I'm logged into the correct email and everything

Wrong Gamertag

Okay so I am trying to cancel my Gold subscription from auto-renewing. I logged into my account on the official Xbox website on my PC and I realised that the gamertag in the top right is different to the one on my Xbox 360 console, so my Gold subscription
isn't showing on my PC and therefore I'm unable to cancel it. Please help!

I just got an Xbox One Assassin's Creed bundle for Christmas. I set up my Xbox Live account for the first time. I set it up the Xbox One and left it updating. Since I was going to be traveling to see family, I brought my redemption codes with me. Christmas
night from my uncle's house, I logged in and redeemed my codes for AC Unity, AC black flag, dance central, and gold membership. Then I noticed that my tag was not what I set up, SteepCashew. Now I can't find any record of the bundled games associated with
my account.

For me it turned out that my phone automatically logged me in with my work Outlook.com account instead of my account that I set up for the Xbox. I think was due to iCloud Keychain.

by the way this gamertag isn't mine it's a stupid one that xbox.com made for me instead of just logging me into my original one which I now can't access

No for everything. When I logged into Xbox it said 0g and the only thing that was there was my gamertag, my character isn't even showing up. I can sign into any other accounts I have and have no issues but when I log into mine I do.

i know that i can find my WLID on my xbox ive been playing for like 1 and a halv year on xbox live

but i hae logged in with my address that is on the console but i needed to type in a new one and when i did this i was like ok ill do that but then i realized i did wrong..

if i change my WLID will something happen??

what do you suggest???

changing my WLID on the console or just let it be, so i just can keep playing instead of any risk of something to happen with my xbox live acc

Looks like at some point you may have tried to recover your gamertag and accidentally created a new tag on your email address. Try creating a new email address and

changing the WLID associated with the wallennoak account.
