help. teredo ip address !!!!

Help i have today a problem.

can''t get a teredo ip address.

yesterday there whas no problem but now i get this. is there somebody that can help me

When I join parties it says I can't get a Teredo ip address any help?

 

1. Reset your router

2. Do a system cache reset on your Xbox (hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds, wait for the power supply to change the led to orange, the power the Xbox up again)

 

That is not working. did it a few times.

 

Hmm ok. A few more questions then:

1. Where are you located?

2. What router do you use?

3. Who is your ISP?

4. Have you (accidentally) changed anything in your setup or have got any updates?

5. Have your experienced that problem already earlier?

That's pretty strange then. Are any other services affected? Like joining party or playing other multiplayer games?

Can you please perform another multiplayer network test and then in the result screen please press LT, LB, RT and RB simultaneously and post the detailed NAT status and the status code here?

 

i think the problem is on my xbox.

i have a big reset done on my modem/router.

Give my mac address into the modem from my xboxfor bypass nat.

still got the error teledo

 

Well the problem with Teredo is that it is a network protocol which is blocked by some routers for security reasons. It's totally different to forwarding problems.

Usually teredo problems are caused by the router, not the Xbox. The Xbox only detects them as it is using this protocol to connect to XBL.

If you think the problem may be caused by your Xbox in this specific case and you have checked out the other steps I gave you, you can only try to reset your Xbox to factory settings as a last try. But this also means you have to reinstall all content again.

If you don't like to do a factory reset or even if it doesn't work, I would suggest contact your ISP for assistance.

 

I had the sam Problem. Teredo uses

UDP-Port 3544

If you forward this Port to your xbox and restar your Route and your xbox - everything will run as before.

 

I try that i have a static ip with ervery port udp and tcp

And ik don't work.

So i have reset my xbox one to factory default. And now is it working fine.

Did all you guys said to do but it still will not let me sign in it says "couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes or check my account by signing in to account. Live.com. sign in: 0c87DD0019... I have waited all day signing in numerous times but
still will say what is up above. Please help.

 

Xbox Live was DDOSed last night so that's the reason you were not able to sign in.
