Same thing with me it says unavailable in the game add-ons and in the Destiny game if you click purchase nothing happens. What a bunch of ***... they want us to not only pay $40 for a single expansion pack but cheat half of us out and make us pay$60 for
*** we already have.

So talked to Microsoft today. After a bunch of crap they told me there is no history of purchasing the other DLCs. So I'm not allowed to buy the basic TTK. Even though I'm looking at both DLCs and the expansion pass on my xbone. They said I must have purchased
on a diff account. There is no diff account. Same thing happened to me before. Had to send in my box for a new hard drive. Wouldn't let me reinstall the first few months of free gold games and said there wasn't any purchasing history of them. Even though I
have cheevos in them and there is no other account. *** it. I'll give my money to someone else and that's the end of Destiny for me.

How about this one I bought Legendary edition Paid $60 scanned the QR code with the Kinect and only expansion 1 and 2 downloaded and when I try to access the taken king it tells me to enter code or purchase???? When I scan again it tells me code already
used, AND ALL MICROSOFT SAYS IS THAT THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM!!!!! SO WHY THE F**k DIDN'T SOME TELL ME BEFORE I BOUGHT THE GAME I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL YOU GUYS FIXED IT BUT IT WAS MORE IMPORTANT TO SELL ME SOMETHING BROKEN AND GET THAT MONEY!!!!!!

I might be a little late on this but I have been having the same issue. I have spoken to Xbox support several times and they have confirmed that this is a known problem that Xbox, Bungie, and Activision are trying to fix.

im having the same problem all *** day and its pissing me off cause I recently had my liscence transfer taken away from me so I was angry about that and then when I tried to buy it from the marketplace and this stupid *** says unavailable and its been like
this for over 12 hours and its ridiculous cause im just trying to play some destiny.

Nothing you can do. You have to buy it since Bungie is a greedy corperation. They knew people were complaining, but the don't care because they knew idiots would still give them money.

go all the way over to games click

then one tab down to "add-ons" click

go over to popular add-ons and the 40 is right there

i just had to find it for myself
