    Help! Sync Issue: Now Reset to Level 1 on all Word games


    Yesterday afternoon I got an 'unable to sync data' error when starting Ultimate Word Games. Today I have got in - was asked whether to use the data in the cloud, or on my PC (only one game different was showing - I selected 'local') but when it launched it showed level one for everything. Sync is still turned on. All game show level 1, all progress lost. I had completed crosswords, and almost completed Wordament. Is there any way to recover my history? I have been tempted to sign up for advert-free gaming - I'm glad I didn't as there is no way I'm going to keep playing from level 1 again.

    Since all my global and game level achievements are still listed with each date completed, then I'm hoping my data is still stored on the cloud.

    I'm closing the game now and I'm going to hope for the best when I open it again later.

    Hi, since you started the save again, then it would have saved over the save you have on the computer. The game might ask you which version you want to play the next time you log in (when the sync issues are fixed), if it does, then just choose the cloud
    save, and that should give you your save back. If it does not ask you, then you will have lost the save and have to start again.
