Help, Switch account button not working in PC Xbox App.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly repair and reset the Xbox App by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps & Features > App > Search for Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair & Reset.

After that you should be able to sign in with your account.

Moving forward you can now follow these steps in switching account.

1. Open the Xbox app.

2. Select your gamerpic in the top-right corner, and then select Sign Out.

3. Select Sign In.

4. Under Use another account, select the Microsoft account that you want to sign in with.

5. If prompted, enter the credentials that are associated with that Microsoft account.

i tried on my brother's pc. his xbox apps working well. so i decided to reinstall the xbox apps. bang!! its working. now i can switch between 2 account

Was your "Switch Account" button just not working? I have that issue and have reinstalled the xbox app several times with no luck

Also if it matters, my Microsoft store app doesn’t let me sign back in after I sign out- I’ve reset that in setting as well and it signs me back in after.
