Help! Support agent told me to change my region from US to Philippines (I'm from ...

I need help! I contacted chat support because I was having problems purchasing a video on Xbox Video on my PC. I'm from the Philippines and apparently that only works if I purchase from the console (in Philippine region) because the console is ignores my location
as the region, it uses the region set in the system settings. But the agent told me to change my xbox.com account region to Philippines so I can purchase from the PC via Xbox Video app.

But when I opened the app again, It says region not supported! I can't even watch my existing videos anymore! I called the customer service after that to get help. But they say they can't change my account back to US because I have to wait 90 days/3 months
to change region.

Now I'm stuck! I can't use Xbox Video and Xbox Music ( which was working very well until the agent suggested me to change the region so I can purchase from the PC which was the only problem ) but now I can't do anything , anywhere!

Region change - help

Hello. So I wanted to redeem my Xbox 360 Call of Duty Black Ops 2 code but can't. I've contacted support and apparently I have to change my region back to the original from the US to the Philippines to download it, but the Philippines doesn't have much features
and the US has much more. Can I do it so that I switch region to the Philippines, download it, then switch back into US region without waiting 90 days? Thanks!

 

Prepaid redemption problem.

guys just change your region and it will work, thats how I got my codes to work. The codes came with the console from Saudi and I'm in the Philippines right now and I just changed the locale to any supporting region, like the US

 

Philippines is not a xbox live supported country.

You can try contacting support again & they may waive the waiting time but if not then you will have to wait the 90 days i'm afraid.

 

exactly what I want to do, I just want them to change my region back to US which was the case before they suggested the wrong information! But they wont change it back for some reason!
