Help ... stuck in level 13.5

I got to around level 7 in game. Discovered I could fast travel to level 13.5. Figured I go exploring. Bad idea. Eventually you get inside Nexus from the **** simulation and cannot go backwards. Only fast travel machine is past a group of level 30+
flying bots. Cannot damage them at all in at level 7, cannot go back, cannot go forward without dying quickly. Seems like I have to abandon my character and start all over again.

Ideas on how to get back from level 13.5 ?

Sorry I mean "Deck 13.5" not level 13.5.

Same thing -- I'm stuck in Nexus at level 4 char.

 

Got it... Push through the enemies (let security bots kill them while you hide) - try and draw their attention and lure them back to the bots. You'll find an elevator that brings you to a large claptrap. There is a travel station behind him.

 

I got trapped on that sneaky mission as well. I had to start over with a new character because there is no way I can defeat those guys...you're right...bad idea to go exploring, but more so horrible design. Development could have done a better job warning
folks on that mission.
