Help, start xbox one (first version)

Hi, recently I had an error in my xbox one, and I solved it based on the MICROSOFT help page, reset factory values by deleting all the content including games, the problem is that since I did that, when I turned on the xbox , instead of showing
the green screen with the xbox one logo, it simply shows me a black screen, and then shows the xbox menu.

Also after that, sometimes the xbox menu is encouraged, or there will be no games, and I have to restart the console to do so.

What is this about?

Could it be solved?

I have the console set in saving mode, so you should show me the green screen.

BC problems.

My backwards compatibility isn't allowing me to install the disc version of Dark Souls to my Xbox one. It gives me one of two errors stating either "For some reason %2 took too long to start" or "Insert First Disc To Continue" and Its a single disc as well
as the main game. Could someone please help? I would appreciate it.

Actually, if you bought the premium edition. There's a one way process for it to carry over to the xbox one. If you cancel or decline this process the first time you start the game on the xbox one version, then you will start over. Your premium access will
also not carry over. Then you will need to pay again all the DLC contents that you wish to own on the xbox one platform.

I got a little tip that helped on the 360 version, and I've used it on the Xbox One version whenever she wouldn't do the dive properly.

Go to just left of the red platform. A running start helps, then press A + LT. There is a definite bug in the 360 version which seems to be solved by this, and it may also help on the One version.

Try and do the xbox 360 to xbox one save transfer first and when its done log in to the world and save it again on the xbox one version then go to the new version of minecraft and try again.

Note be sure to upload the save world properly on the xbox 360 version

It may be that like when the one came out that stripped back versions of the game will start being produced after the first year of the series X. Games that the series X can support, but the one can only support a down graded version.

You do not need an online connection to play your downloaded digital version of AC Unity. Even though you are not connected to the internet, on your Xbox One, first go to Settings, Network, and select "go offline." Then start up AC Unity.

The procedure would be the same with the disc version of the game.
