    HELP! Son's account deleted


    My son's xbox came up with a message "There is a problem with your saved games" and it forced him to do a reset. Now that we're trying to get back in, it seems to have deleted his gamer name, his game history/progress, and xbox live subscription. How can
    we recover it? tia

    game bought via download on old account - want it on new account.

    We bought Farming Simulator on the original xbox account that was set up when we bought it. We created new accounts and deleted that one. Now we want to put FS on my son's new account but it appears that we need to purchase it again. We have the codes
    from the purchase and Giants Software says it's an Xbox issue so they were unable to help us. Can anyone here help?

    Xbox Live Gold Lost

    I accidentally deleted my son's Xbox Live account. I recovered it but now he seems to have lost his gamertag and Gold membership. Is there any way to fix this issue without contacting (calling) support?

    Hi

    Have you tried to get your son to just sign in with his account on the console again? hopefully it should then then recognise his gold membership and as he starts playing games it should download the game save from the Microsoft server.

    Thx. That's what I thought it would do, but it assigned him a new gamer name and didn't access his live account.

    Have you tried to get your son to just sign in with his account on the console again? hopefully it should then then recognise his gold membership and as he starts playing games it should download the game save from the Microsoft server.
