Help Signing into Xbox Insider Hub

Hi, my name is Louis and my gamertag is and I have a problem trying to sign up to Xbox Insider Hub. When I tried to sign up for the Insider Hub it said that I couldn't because of past behavior. I then went to investigate the behavior and it was
from an incident in 2016 where I was playing Grand Theft Auto 5 and I came across somebody who was hacking peoples profiles, including me. He found my IP address, my email, and even my phone number. I then contacted Xbox support and they said that there is
nothing that they could do for me and I ended up having a 15 day suspension. I then had to buy a new router and block him on Xbox Live. Recently I contacted Xbox Enforcement and told them the situation and hoping that I could get them to take away the suspension
history because it wasn't in my control, because I was hacked, and they gave me a link to you guys with proof of conversation with service request number 1383938082. I hope that you guys can take away the suspension history because I really would like to join
the Insider Hub, and also, I dont think its fair that that I have to face consequences for something I had no control over

Not able to sign into insider hub or access to the store etc

I have struggled signing into Xbox live, I can not access the store nor look through community feed or one guide. It's also taken me 10 minutes to finally sign into insider hub

 

How to downgrade from preview without insider hub?

Is it possible a different account on your Xbox One enrolled into Xbox Insiders? If so, try signing in with that and access the insider hub from that account to opt out.
