    Hi, Im trying to set up my xbox one s and the screen wont move off the screen asking me to press the xbox button on the controller with the green circle flashing. I am not connected to the internet
    and there is no micro usb connecting the controller to the console. Please help.

    Hi, try pressing and holding the button that is shown on screen on the controller, make sure that you have batteries in the controller when doing this.
