    Help!! Secondary Gamertag recovery.


    Hi I have an old gamertag which hasn't been used for about 10 years.

    I would like to use this gamertag again, since I now need a secondary account in my household.

    I've lost all credential essentials ie. Password, MS Account, and access to the registered email (I've changed ISP).

    I can still access this secondary gamertag on my 360 (auto login), However I cannot get access to changing anything associated with this gamertag.

    I keep going around in circles with the online automated account recovery process via PC, and I keep getting rejected every time I submit an account verification form.

    Please help me find my email associated to my original account. I've got the gamertag, the recovery mail (the secondary, not the @outlook.com), the passwords but I cannot log in my account. Please help me find out a solution!

    Gamertag Recovery issue. -Repost

    Hi!!

    I'm trying to revive an old gamertag (10 years) as my secondary account for the household.

    It is still only accessible on my 360 (auto log in). However, I've lost the password, and the email associated with it is no longer valid.

    I'm currently going around in circles with the online automated account recovery method as my submitted account recovery forms keep getting rejected. So frustrating.

    Please help!

    Hey there Adam! I understand you are having an issue downloading your profile to your console. Can you confirm if this is only affecting your profile, or any profile you try downloading on your network? Also, have you made any changes to your network recently,
    like changing ISP or getting new hardware? Let me know and we'll go from there, thanks!

    A simple GamerTag recovery should resolve this issue. It is likely that you bought your membership on the website, and the information has not been transferred to the console yet. A GamerTag recovery should resolve this. Post back in here if it does not.
