Help! Rewards not working

Support will check into it your purchases to see if they were eligible for anything. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. Currently the only offer involving achievements is the Warfare offer, but it is to earn
platinum for Warframe, not Rewards credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). We calculate MyVIP as a monthly whole and award it halfway through the following month. Since we award payback
on every 8.10 EUR, your purchases in January were not enough to trigger payback, and were reserved to complete a 8.10 EUR amount in a following month.

We see that you received payback for your December purchases, after you earned your first star that month. As Smwutches says, achievements are not eligible for any Credits, unless as part of a special offer.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

In order to receive credits for preorders and/or achievements, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time. Generally for achievements the offer involves purchasing a specific game for that offer and then earning a set number of
achievements in that game.

Just looking for rewards from anything besides surveys so I know my account isn't broken.

I have previously purchased games on the list but got nothing. Where is it I find the achievements listed?

My friend has an account too and he seems to be getting rewards for all his achievements.
