Help restoring game data on new Xbox

I appreciate your response. I figured that the cloud would just reload all of my previous data upon signing in. I suppose it didn't pull the latest data from the cloud. I was able to search the game passes that I purchased, and install them on

fantasy XV is in the xbox store for pc and xbox, but it is not an xbox play anywhere title
