Help resolve a split-screen issue please?

What you are experiencing is not game specific. Split screen audio for split screen games is not an available feature on the Xbox One. What this means is that all headsets playing a split screen game will receive combined audio.

Please note that split-screen mode is only available for Duos and Squads modes, and has some limitations and restrictions. Players can’t share inventory using split-screen mode, and both players must have the same language settings to play on split-screen. to add to the earlier message, also maybe you need to be online for the 4 player split screen to work? does the game state that 4 player split screen is available?

Is the console fully up to date?

Have all game updates been applied?
