    Xbox wont update past 73%

That sounds like Xboxs' self diagnostic system. You could try setting up a wired connection but I suspect it should still fail. You need to contact Xbox support and prep your console for repairs.

I'm trying to factory reset my Xbox one but it gets up to 73% it goes to the start up screen and it's saying my wireless hardware is broken and it needs to go in through repair. I think its because it won't finish. Any help?

Have you tried a hard reset of the console and resetting to factory defaults?

Press and hold the power button on front of the console until it powers off. Then leave it until the power supply unit light turns Orange and then unplug the console.

Leave it for a few minutes then plug it all back in, does it resolve the issues?

If not try a restore factory settings option -

If you still have issues, contact Xbox Support, they will guide you through registering your console and do it manually if the system still prevents you doing it yourself, and repairs process:

Go to Web Server's Default Page

    Select Support>Xbox One

Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us

    Select Xbox One

    Under System, select Console Issues

    Select "Chat with Microsoft Support"

They should be able to set you up with more troubleshooting steps and if all else fails, set up a repair for your console.
