Help removing scratch from Black Panel on Xbox One S

just remove the hard drive through the little removable panel on the bottom of the Xbox 360 s

Yeah my Xbox one s bundle has scratches to from package sorry

Have you tried removing your xbox as your home console and then re adding it as your home console? My xbox one awhile back stopped reading discs every once in awhile. I tried resetting and cleaning the console but that didn't help. Finallly I
just tried anything I would read online. And so far removing and re adding my xbox one as my home console seems to have fixed the problem.

And it aint that it isnt reading the discs but instead saying that they are either dirty or scratched and my black ops 3 has barely any scratches so i dont know what is up with it not playing my black ops 3

There is some few reasons why this is happening, 1) Your Xbox Drive is Broken OR 2) You need to replace or some how fix the scratches.

There are some products out there what can help remove scratches from discs.

If you live in the U.K I only know one place which can fix scratched discs which is Game.

the original xbox one from 2013 (black one) uses an external power brick, this was done away with when they released the xbox one s as all power supplies are internal and the same on the new series consoles, these cannot be removed and therefore not compatible with your xbox.
