Help Regaining Xbox Live Profile

Hello... I am hoping someone will be able to figure out how to assist me with the problem I am having.

I recently had an Xbox One... recently, I sold it. But unfortunately, I neglected to ensure I had retained my email and password information for it, and now I am unable to remember either for my account! I know a few things, such as the gamertag itself,
credit cards used to renew my xbox live gold account, people on my friendslist, a rough idea of my achievements and all this other information.... but I can't remember the email or password itself.

Is there any way to recover my account with that information I happen to have on hand?

You want to download the gamer profile to the console.

But if you do not know the login information to the xbox live account, You will have to call support regain access to the account.

with the xbox one you have to have a Microsoft account to go with your profile.

so there is an email and password that would go with the accounts somewhere.

Now if you dont remember the email and password you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the gamer tag and if they can verify the ownership of the account then they can give you the email associated with the account.
