    Hi I've tried redeeming microsoft word onto my mac but it gives me an error in downloading the program. Ive deleted it from my mac so i can download it again. please help so i can know how to solve this.

    I'm a first time user, so please don't laugh at my question.

    I purchased xbox points at a grocery store last week and have been trying to locate a place to redeem them online and thru our xbox360. Everywhere that I find a place that says 'redeem points' asks me for a 25 character number, however, the cards that I
    purchased are only 19 characters on them.

    can anyone assist me, please? thank you in advance.

    Help Redeeming Microsoft points?

    All Microsoft codes have 25 characters. If it's only showing 19, you may want to see if you can try returning the card or make sure you've scratched off the entire card (if it's a scratch off).

    Oh really? My mistake and that's a shame, thats one of the features that I really liked about the flexibility of redeeming the rewards.
