Help recovering old account with little information

Hi. Back in ~2009 my parents bought me an Xbox 360 and I made an Xbox account. My original gamertag was CaramelCube07 but I changed it to iRage Mexican around 2011. I played with this account until about 2014 when I moved on from
videogames and sold the Xbox. However I recently bought a new Xbox One S and want to recover my old account. I had tons of paid content and achievements on that account that I want to keep. I am fairly certain the account was made with an old email address
that I no longer have access to. I tried doing an account recovery form but since the account is so old I forgot a lot of the account information needed to complete the form. I can't get into this old email address and I don't have enough information to properly
fill out the account recovery form. Is there anything I can do to get my account back?

Thanks for the response. I have submitted my info using the link you sent me. I have never used these forums so I sorry if I am giving you guys a hard time, but I appreciate the help. We will both know if I can get back into my account in about 24 hours,
when the submission has been reviewed.

This is a hard one.

A long time ago I had a Gamertag known as IsaRyHager. The profile was kept under my control, and my father and I managed the Live account for it. One day, a few years ago, he went and changed my Live account information. Since then, any time I try to log
into IsaRyHager, it would prompt me for the new password, which I am unable to get from my father. (This has been a few years ago, we no longer communicate.) I have made a new account , and sat patiently. I never asked or posted anywhere because
I figured the account was doomed. Is there any way I can detach the gamertag IsaRyHager, and link it to a new account? I can most likely confirm any sort of questions and security information, assuming I'm contacted
back; I know that you won't give a random person someone else' account because of some sap story. The gamertag has been inactive for about two years now, and I would really like to get it back. Please contact me directly on the post, or email me at "[Mod removed]"

Thanks for the reply. The online support chat was pretty useless as they could not understand the problem (it felt like I was talking to a bot even though it said I was talking to a real person). I'll try calling to actually speak
with someone later when the line is less busy.

 

RESOLVED: Turns out my dad had access to my old email address so I was able to complete the verification steps to reset my password.
